Finnair & Finnish Tourist Board Australian WifeCarrying Championships 2008
The registrations for the Australian Wife Carrying titles are now open. The competition will be held at the Singleton Showgrounds (NSW) on 12th April 2008. The winning couple will win a trip to Finland to compete in the Wife Carrying World Championships held at Sonkajärvi on 5th July 2008!
Last years Australian champions Angela Moore and Anthony Partridge did an excellent job and came 5th out of 44 couples from all around the world.
