Customer Service Specialist - Finnish Language Speaker Evening/Night Shift- Infomedia Ltd

Infomedia Ltd. is a globally recognised software development company located in Frenchs Forest. We are known for our industrial-strength electronic parts catalogues for the automotive industry. We are seeking a customer service oriented person with Finnish language skills.

The role is varied and will involve telephone support and advice to our European customers on our electronic parts cataloguing products. You will be receiving inbound support calls and making outbound relationship calls. Full product training will be provided.

Applicants will have strong communication skills; a demonstrated commitment to customer service standards and experience using various PC based software. Finnish language skills are essential and other Nordic language skills will be highly regarded.

Experience in an office environment including Word and Excel knowledge is essential.
Your ability to liaise at all levels in a friendly and courteous manner at all times is also essential.

In order to effectively service our European customer base, the hours of work will be 6:00 pm to 3:00 am, Monday to Friday during daylight savings. Own transport essential.
