Malleja suositusten laadintaan?

Olisiko kellään antaa jonkinlaista mallia suosituskirjeiden laadintaan? Kun en itse ole täällä koskaan näiden kirjeiden käyttöön törmännyt...Pitäisi osata työnantajalle hieman antaa osviittaa, että miten pitkä, koko sivu vai muutama rivi, ja laitetaanko vain tämän suomalaisen tyylin mukaan mitä olet tehnyt ja millainen työntekijä olet vai pitäisikö niistä löytyä vielä enemmänkin kehuja? Onko kukaan nähnyt muuten proffien kirjoittamia suosituksia? Tehdäänkö ne samalla mallilla vai mitä niissä mahdollisesti on sisältönä?
